In this case, we treated peri-implantitis using guided bone regeneration (GBR) with a mixed cancellous-cortical allograft and a long-lasting resorbable collagen membrane. This approach supports both space maintenance and cellular ingrowth, encouraging new bone formation in areas of loss. ?
